Causes Of Stress And Suicide,

 Stress And Suicide,

Did you know that one of the main sources of stress for young people is the pressure they feel about doing school work? Stress comes from many areas of our lives. It is important to know how to deal with it and how we can recognise where our main stresses come from. In my speech I am going to talk about causes of stress, suicide rates and solutions to coping with stress.

This generation is known of having one of the highest suicide rates ever. It’s due to bullying, toxic family and friends, And a lot of it comes from school  friendships, social situations, gender id, family situations. Family and the ministry of education need to take our mental health into consideration.

What is stress? Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that causes you to feel frustrated, angry or nervous. Having so much stress and tension build up can lead to so many things such as self harm and suicide. When you're stressed your blood pressure starts to rise, muscles start tightening and your heartbeat quickens.

Over 100,000 people die every year due to being suicidal. When you hear of suicide you might think why would someone take their own life? Well often there are many reasons, like if someone has just lost a loved one or can’t get out of a toxic relationship, it can affect the way they live the rest of their lives.

What can you do when your mental health gets too much? Firstly Talk to someone close to you(Someone you trust). You could Try and realise that no one is perfect. Understand People are just bullying you to make them feel better about themselves.

Stress describes a person's physical or emotional response to demands or pressures of our daily life. As you can see suicide is no joking matter and should be taken very seriously, it can choosed to be ignored or it can be acted upon.
